Sally Solomon

As a Licensed Real Estate Broker working full time for over 40 years, my main focus has always been my clients. I am experienced in helping homeowners with the sale of their homes, first time buyers, short sales, luxury, international, and pretty much any real estate transaction you can think of. My client satisfaction ratings are extremely high – my database boasts a number of clients that I have represented for over 25 years and I also have clients that are the second generation.

I have succeeded in just about every type of real estate market. I was trained in the 1980s when everyone said I was crazy to leave my great-paying job as a negotiator for a local law firm to work on commission. I proved them all wrong and I still love what I do. I am an active agent who does not sit around waiting and who enjoys making things happen.

In addition, I have trained new agents, developed many training programs and managed offices. I am very much in tune with technology. Keeping up with all the new real estate contracts and continually furthering my knowledge are important to me. I have earned many credentials and designations including the most recent ones from the Real Estate Negotiations Institute and the Real Estate Divorce Institute.
